Didn’t you choose the right product? You don’t have to be afraid to choose perfume from us. You can withdraw from the contract within 15 days without giving any reason.

Within 15 days after delivery of the product, please let us know your decision to withdraw from the contract. The best option is to contact us by e-mail at: info@bramasoleperfumes.com.

We will refund you within 15 working days from the date of withdrawal. However, in accordance with the law, we must wait until we receive the returned product before we can refund the purchase price. If you withdraw within the first 15 days after delivery of the products, you will also be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs corresponding to the cheap est method of delivery.

The refund will only be made if the product is returned perfectly in tact.
